Personal Greetings
If you know someone travelling, it is possible to give them a personal greeting or send-off. Welcome and Farewell Permits allow access to the check-in zone to provide a truly personalised arrival or departure experience.
You can request a permit to meet or bid farewell to your guest at specific points, including the baggage claim area or before the security gates.
How to Apply
To request any of the permits listed below, please visit the Protocol Office inside Sharjah Airport with the required personal details and documents. Requests should be submitted at least six hours before the scheduled flight. You can also request permits when booking the Al Diyafah Service.
