Transfer Process
When you disembark, simply follow the clear signage directing you to ‘Connecting Flights’ and the Transfer Desk. Luggage will usually be sent to your final destination, but please confirm this with your airline. Once your details are checked, you can proceed directly to the main transit area.
Special Service Staff
If you or another guest requires special assistance, please contact your airline or Hala Services at least four hours before your flight. Our multilingual team can meet on arrival for a priority, escorted transfer through security and all necessary checkpoints directly to the departure gate.
