Transfer Process
After disembarking your flight, simply follow the clear signage to ‘Connecting Flights’ and the Transfer Desk. Luggage will usually be sent to your final destination, but please confirm with your airline. Once your details have been checked by staff, you can proceed directly to the main transit area
Special Service Staff
If you or another guest requires special assistance, please contact your airline or Hala Services at least four hours before your flight. Our multilingual team can provide a priority service on arrival, escorting through security and all necessary checkpoints, right through to the departure gate.

Exit/Visa | Transit visas are currently unavailable. Unless you are eligible for a visa on arrival and have sufficient layover time, passengers on connecting flights cannot exit the airport terminal. |
