Retail Opportunities
Sharjah Airport offers a wide range of opportunities for retail and food & beverage concessionaires. Concession agreements are typically awarded for a period of four years, with an option to review the terms each year. These will vary, based on the business type.
The tendering process is in line with local law, with upcoming RFPs published in the local media for three consecutive days. RFP documents can be collected from the Purchasing Department or purchased online for a non-refundable fee. The duration of the RFP process is generally four to ten weeks. Qualification criteria and other requirements are specified in detail within the RFP documents.
All retail and concession services at the airport are required to be operational 24/7.
